TWR is all about Anna and Jason. It is about the passing of a baton and learning to run with it hard and fast with all the vim and vigour that can be mustered. From Great Grandparent through Parent and on to a Son and a Daughter, the craft of growing has been passed down through guidance and example. TWR is farming old traditions and nurturing new ones. It is wrangling twins and handling dogs – although there can be only one Goaty. It’s about crafted chaos and burning candles at both ends to make sure a family of doubles are doubly loved and looked after. TWR is about tirelessly giving it everything but finding reward in the contentment of a family dinner after a hunt in the wilderness - homemade wild duck ragu served best with a homemade pinot noir. TWR is about taking that moment, seeing that chance and going for it even if that chance is to steal an early night and find restorative sleep. TWR is about twos. Two people leaning together to trust each other to graft it out and find the fun in it all.

“When we’re not growing, making, tasting, selling and talking about wine, we spend time with our 4 crazies [two sets of twins] , especially if we can spend that time in the Sounds. It’s a vey special place”.
